Attorney General -Interpol Teken MoU Pursue Fugitive Abroad

Interpol and the Attorney General signed an agreement (Memorandum of Understanding) pursuit of fugitives who are abroad. Head of International Relations Division Police Headquarters, Inspector General Sugeng Priyanto stated that this agreement fugitive ease of handling. Jaksa Masih Mogok Dikenai Sanksi Tegas

Para jaksa yang mogok dan menuntut kenaikan gaji mesti berhati-hati. Ada sanksi tegas bagi mereka yang tidak mengikuti imbauan dari Kejaksaan Agung.  "Kami sudah siapkan sanksi bagi para jaksa yang ikut aksi tersebut karena tidak menuruti imbauan Jaksa Agung,"  kata Kepala Pusat Penerangan Hukum Kejaksaan Agung, Tony T Spontana  kepada wartawan di Kejagung, Jakarta, Kamis (11/9). Tony memastikan bahwa Kejagung sudah mengajukan kenaikan gaji yang jadi tuntutan jaksa kepada Menteri Pendayaangunaan dan Aparatur Negara Reformasi Birokrasi dan Menteri Keuangan. Meski soal jumlahnya tidak sesuai permintaan. Kini tinggal menunggu tanda tangan dari Presiden Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY).
